As required under federal statute, the State of Wisconsin's FY16 Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) application has been posted for public comment.

 

Per Executive Order #180, the State Criminal Justice Coordinating Council acts as the planning body for the State of Wisconsin's state JAG formula funds.  The new JAG strategic plan and FY16 JAG application resulted from the CJCC's planning efforts through the National Institute of Corrections' Evidence-Based Decision Making Initiative, and leverages federal and state grant resources that are coordinated through the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
