Burnett County Drug and Alcohol Court is an intensive, court-supervised drug treatment program for nonviolent offenders. Burnett County has determined to use this Court to serve the needs of this county by working not only with those who have addictions to drugs, but also with those addicted to alcohol. The mission of the Burnett County Drug and Alcohol Court is to reduce substance abuse and criminal behavior in order to improve the lives of offenders, families, and the community by providing intensive court supervision and drug and alcohol treatment while holding offenders accountable for their criminal behavior.
