The Douglas County Drug Court is a collaborative effort between the circuit court, district attorney, public defender, law enforcement, department of health and human services, probation, Douglas County jail and the local AODA provider. The Douglas County Drug Court primarily is used as an alternative to revocation, assisting those with chemical dependency issues.

Our Pathways to Hope Program is a grant funded drug treatment program that is run through the Police Department. The program first started back in 2018 and has since expanded. Officers can divert individuals from the Criminal Justice system and give them an option for treatment instead. Participants can also self refer into the program.
