Description: 
Washington County Opioid/Stimulant DPA Diversion Program operates a post-charge, pre-trial, deferred prosecution program for adult clients with a felony drug possession charge. The program is part of a Deferred Prosecution Agreement and is 12 to 18 months in length. During that time clients work with an individual case manager, engage in AODA treatment, have frequent alcohol and drug testing, and develop a lifestyle supportive of long-term recovery. Successful completion of the program may result in dismissal or reduction of felony charge(s).
