A total of $10,688,900 was available for CY2025 to support TAD programs, which is the fourth year of the present five-year funding cycle. Funded programs ranged from pre- and post-charge diversion at the initial prosecutorial decision-making stage to treatment courts, which serve both persons with pending criminal charges and convictions and persons on probation who are admitted as an alternative to revocation.
