The Department of Justice, Division of Law Enforcement Services (DLES), has received $10,688,900 in Treatment Alternatives and Diversion (TAD) grant funds to competitively award for CY2027. Funded programs range from pre- and post-charge diversion at the initial prosecutorial decision-making stage to treatment courts, which serve both persons with pending criminal charges and convictions and persons on probation who are admitted as an alternative to revocation.

- Pre-Application Form Due Date: July 2, 2026
- Final Application and Announcement Posted: Early to Mid-September
- Final Application Due Date: Mid to Late September
- Grant Award Start Date: January 1, 2027
- Grant Award End Date: December 31, 2027
