The mission of Ashland County Pathways (ACP) Program is to collaborate and implement interventions for non-violent participants for whom substance abuse is a contributing factor in their criminal activity. ACP helps program participants overcome addictions and improve their lives and the lives of their families by providing evidence-based interventions and treatment. Ongoing justice system oversight of participants will hold participants accountable, restore victims and keep our community safe by reducing recidivism.
