As required under federal statute, the State of Wisconsin's FY22 Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) application has been posted for public comment.

Per Executive Order #41, the State Criminal Justice Coordinating Council acts as the planning body for the State of Wisconsin's state JAG formula funds.  The current JAG strategic plan for FY21-25 and FY23 JAG application continues the CJCC's strategic planning efforts begun through the National Institute of Corrections' Evidence-Based Decision Making Initiative, and leverages federal and state grant resources that are coordinated through the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
