Description:
The program is a hybrid treatment court available to offenders who have been accepted for admission based on having high-risk/high-need and who have met the criteria set forth in Wisconsin law and the court's treatment court manual. Admission to the court is made under two scenarios: 1. After conviction of a crime(s) and placement on probation, with successful completion of the program a condition thereof; or, 2. Upon referral from the Department of Corrections as an alternative to revocation.
