The First Time Offender program is intended for individuals who have contact with the legal system through a non-violent misdemeanor or low-level felony behavior and have no prior criminal record. The mission of the Polk County Treatment Court is to improve the safety of our citizens and reduce the destructive cycle of substance use and mental health disorders.
