As part of the CY17 Treatment Alternatives and Diversion (TAD) competitive grant process, the Department of Justice, along with its partner agencies (the Director of State Courts Office, the Department of Corrections, and the Department of Health Services) will be hosting three TAD Grant Writing Training sessions around the state. This free training will be open to all counties and tribes interested in applying for a TAD grant and will focus on the TAD grant application requirements.  It is recommended that individuals in your jurisdiction who will be responsible for writing the TAD Grant application should attend this training.  This would typically be 1-3 individuals per jurisdiction, and could include the CJCC Coordinator, Project Coordinator, and/or Fiscal Representative responsible for the budget.

The April 19 Training will be located at Fox Valley Technical College in the Public Safety Training Center at W6400 CTH BB, Appleton, WI 54914 from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM.  To register for the Appleton training, please click on the Appleton registration link.  The regisltration deadline is Thursday, April 14, 2016.
