Veterans Treatment Court

Description: 
The Dodge County Combat Veterans’ Court is based on key components of a treatment court in combination with a veteran mentoring program. The Dodge County Combat Veterans’ Court provides access to a continuum of alcohol, drug, behavioral health and other related treatment and rehabilitation services. A participant in the program will be assigned a fellow veteran mentor to assist them through their difficulties. The primary goal of the program is treatment and rehabilitation with one result being a reduction in the requirement for punishment.

Adult Drug Court

Description: 
The Dodge County Treatment and Diversion is a multi-agency collaboration that provides prosecution and sentencing alternatives to criminally justice involved adults with substance abuse problems. County residents referred on non-violent charges with a moderate to high risk to re-offend, participate in a year-long program of treatment and case management services monitored by the court. Graduates can have charges reduced or dismissed and have periods of incarceration reduced or eliminated.
