Description:
The Dodge County Impaired Driving Court Program is for offenders convicted of OWI 3 or 4, who assess as high risk on the Impaired Driving Assessment. or persons who are high risk and have a substance use disorder. The 12-18 month program is 5 phases. All individuals in the program are monitored by the court and the treatment court team. are required to attend treatment, case management meetings and participate in case planning, participate in random drug testing, and comply with probation.
