Demographic Restriction: none County of Residence: Eau Claire County of Charge: Any (Judge and DOC must agree to transfer to Eau Claire County) Type of Charge: Felony or Habitual Misdemeanor Diagnosis: Meets DSM-5 criteria for substance use disorder and Probable or Highly Probable for Substance Use on the COMPAS Risk Level: Moderate to High Probation/ES Status: >13 mos Previous Court names included Drug Court, AIM Court, and Mental Health Court. These courts ran separately since their inceptions until 2023. The merging of the names and number of court sessions occurred to maintain effective and efficient services to participants while not changing eligibility criteria. Court is held weekly however, depending on status in the program - participants may not have to attend weekly but my attend bi-weekly
